JOB TITLE: SUBSTITUTE FOOD SERVICE
REPORT TO: CAFETERIA MANAGER
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Maintain sanitary standards consistent with the requirements of the Missouri Department of Health
- Maintain and follow recipes required by the school district and DESE
- Assist in calculating the number of meals to be prepared
- Assist in maintaining reports required by the school district and DESE
- Encourage good eating habits among students
- Keep work area clean and sanitized
- Attend planning and training seminars as approved and/or recommended by the Food Service Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or administration
- The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling. Generally, the job requires 10% sitting, 45% walking, and 45% standing.
